1.0 Introduction

2.0 License Information
      You are restricted by the license to install only the MultiView software on
      one PC for each license purchased.

      If you have purchased MultiView SE, you are restricted by the license used in 
      conjunction with the MultiView License Manager. One license for each user using
      MultiView SE at any one time is required.

      If you are evaluating either piece of software, you may use it on as many PCs as
      you wish. The evaluation period expires after 25 days.

    * Passed Vista Certified Logo requirements
    * Added SSH2 support
    * Passed Windows 7 Compatible Logo requirements

    * Fixed PrintScr key default processing when it is remapped
    * Rebuild in XP to pickup correct registry data
    * Updated code sign CERT and SE Serial Number values
    * Fixed WS2012 R2/Citrix SE client polling timer problem (see readme_MVLicenseMgr.txt)
    * Product Activation shows the current Serial Number, making Deactivation easier
    * Setting the License Server no longer requires Serial Number
    * Added PlayCapture program to replay a capture file locally
    * Use GetDefaultPrinter() during emulation print operation

3.1 Removing MultiView
    Uninstall MultiView by selecting Add/Remove Programs from the Windows Control Panel.

3.2 Installing MultiView License Manager
    MultiView License Manager can be installed on a network server, including Windows Server 2003,
    Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012. (Citrix compatible)

3.3 SSH2 logging
    The logs will be written to C:\Temp\MV8_SSH2.log_XXXX.LOG, so create C:\Temp if needed.
    Turn off logging after you are finished debugging, the files can get vary large!
    To enable logging, set registry value to 1 (0=off) as shown here:
